Sections The competition composes of (1) Primary schools section, (2) Secondary schools section, and (3) Open section. Participants can submit more than one piece of work.
Standard 1. Drawing paper
2. Size: 290-300mm x 370-420mm
3. Free use of painting medium
4. Participant's information should be tabled at the back of the drawing, as follows:
     - Title of Drawing
     - Name of participant
     - Competition Section (Primary, Secondary, or Open)
     - Name of contact person: (Suitable for Open Section)
     - Name of School (As appropriate)
     - Name of Teacher for contact (Suitable for School)
     - Contact Telephone Number
     - Correspondence Address
Awards Each section will have:
1st Prize (1) : Souvenir and scholarship/ coupon HK$1000
2nd Prize (1) : Souvenir and scholarship/ coupon HK$700
3rd Prize (1) : Souvenir and scholarship/ coupon HK$500
Award of Merit (7) : Gift and Certificate
For all participating schools, there will be one "Most Supportive School Award" : Souvenir
Adjudicators Representative of the Sports & Health Exhibition Organising Committee, art teachers and others (to be announced on the Sports & Health Exhibition Webpage at the website of the Museum)

Application Deadline 5:00 pm, 10 November, 2007 (Saturday)
Announcement of Winners Names of winners will be posted on the Sports & Health Exhibition Webpage at the website of the Museum in January 2008. The Museum will also inform the winners by post.
Venue of Drawing Exhibition Main building or Annex of the Museum, and other public venues
Date of Drawing Exhibition 15 March 2008 to end of 2008
Return of drawings Entries submitted will not be returned. They will be kept by the Museum and disposed of as appropriate.
Copyright The drawing should be originated by the participant. Copyright of the works will be shared by the participant and the Museum.
Use of drawings Once drawings have been submitted, the participants agree that the Museum has the right to exhibit their work, edit their work for publication and exhibition promotional activities, put their work into the Museum collection or other use.
