“Living medical heritage in the community” Guided Tour

This project is supported by Urban Renewal Fund

Medical Cultural Walk

  • What is your first impression of Sheung Wan – is it just an Antique or is it a mural?
  • Would you like to know how Sheung Wan has recorded changes of early Hong Kong medical history?

Different from the medical trails before, community elements are found in the newly designed route which will show you a little-known side of Sheung Wan. Travelling along the trail, you can look back at Sheung Wan’s history, experience people's livelihood before and after the Plague’s time as well as navigating through Chinese and Western architecture. Come and join us on an in-depth exploration, experience the unique culture and learn more about the community.
